Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-22
1. Who we are
ForexRebate4U ("we", "us") operates a rebate service that shares the revenue we receive from partner brokers with the traders who open accounts through our links. Our registered details are [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [NUMBER].
You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What the service is — and is not
We are not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser or a fund manager. We do not hold client money, we do not execute orders and we never advise on whether to buy or sell any instrument.
Opening a trading account creates a contractual relationship between you and the broker, governed by that broker's own terms. We are not a party to it.
3. Rebates
Rebates are funded from the revenue share a broker pays us. They do not change the spread, commission or swap you are charged by the broker.
Published rates are per standard lot and are indicative. A broker may change its revenue share or product coverage at any time, and we will update the published rate to match. The rate that applies to a given trade is the rate in force when the trade was executed.
We pay rebates on the schedule stated on your account page, subject to a minimum payout threshold where one applies. Rebates are void where the underlying trading is found to be abusive, including but not limited to latency arbitrage, bonus abuse or the use of multiple accounts to duplicate the same volume.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to restrict by law, or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, not to attempt to access accounts that are not yours, and not to misrepresent your identity or your trading volume.
6. Availability and liability
The site and the rebate service are provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but we do not guarantee it, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for any trading loss you incur with a broker. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the revision date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
